Recently exchanging for $13 million the Clarendon Estate set a new record for Sydney’s North Shore. It last sold in 2014 for $4.6 million and had since undergone a major refurbishment by architect Ann Ramm, which included complete window restorations by Retro WIndows.

Metcalfe Bond Stores, The Rocks


The Metcalfe Bond Stores is a heritage listed building and former warehouse which has been refurbished and converted into office spaces. Retro Windows was involved in the refurbishment, glazing and restoring windows that had been fire damaged over many decades ago.

Double Bay


This 19th century Victorian manor was extensively restored and redesigned for modern living. Retro Windows installed double glazing to the many large double hung bay windows retaining their original character and operating smoothly with full range of motion.
